Discussion of legal, tax, accounting, valuation, fiduciary, insurance, or financial matters by ASC Partners does not mean that ASC Partners is acting in each of those professional capacities.

Legal advice and legal opinions should be provided by qualified legal counsel. Tax and accounting matters should be reviewed with qualified tax and accounting professionals. Independent valuations should be performed by appropriately qualified independent valuation professionals. Decisions assigned by law or governing documents to an ESOP trustee or other fiduciary remain the responsibility of that fiduciary.

Each professional remains responsible for the advice, opinions, decisions, and services provided within that professional's area of responsibility.

All 16 examinations resulted either in a no-change determination or in changes limited to minor technical corrections. No client was assessed additional penalties as a result of any structure, strategy, or implementation undertaken by ASC Partners.
